IA ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. was incorporated in Malaysia in 1989. The Company is specialized in the design, fabrication and installation of equipment and machinery for modern bricks factory, including:-
Clay preparation machinery
Automatic brick cutting machine
Automatic brick setting machinery
Automatic haulage system
High capacity Tunnel Dryer & Tunnel Kiln
Computerized Firing control system
Solid Fuel processing system
In particular, the Company has developed the technology for utilizing industrial and agricultural solid wastes such as sawdust, coal, rice husk, oil palm shell or fibers etc. as fuel for firing bricks in tunnel kiln. These cheap sources of fuels are crucial to reduction of energy cost for brick industry today. The technology also helps to effectively eliminate pollution problems caused by disposal of these solid wastes.
The Company offers the “Total Service Concept” to our clients i.e., to offer a complete line of services from design, fabrication, installation, commissioning, consultancy on technical, production management as well as industrial training.
The experiences and technologies that the Company acquired and accumulated through years will help providing solutions for customers (i.e. paper / pulp production, heat generating, plastic mould making, automatic handling system etc.) who encounter technical problems.
