SPM & Above with 1 year of working experience in customer service/telemarketing/phone support is an added advantage. Able to converse in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia. Pleasant personality and a team player. Computer literate. Meticulous, committed and able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadline.
