Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Architectural or equivalent with minimum 10 years working experience in project management for high-end housing development and able to lead project teams. Ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants and other relevant government authorities. Hands on knowledge on authority approval requirements. Able to work independently and perform multiple tasks. Able to ensure all requirements, specifications are complied with and timely completion of the contract within the budget. Ability to speak Chinese is an added advantage.Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
