-Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Architectural or equivalent
-with minimum 10 years working experience in project management for high-end housing development and able to lead project teams
-Ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants and other relevant government authorities
-Hands on knowledge on authority approval requirements
-Able to work independently and perform multiple tasks
-Able to ensure all requirements, specifications are complied with and timely completion of the contract within the budget
-Ability to speak Chinese is an added advantage.
