Possess Degree in Engineering with 3 years experience in AP power plants as Field Service engineer for gas turbine commissioning or gas turbine mechanical assembly or turbo machinery design and engineering or 5-6 years experience in related industries (aircraft engine, marine propulsion) for senior level.
Able to identify (technical) problems, analyze and develop solution.
With proactive approach (ownership) and perseverance in fulfilling given tasks.
Able to work independently in a team towards a defined target.
Responsible and committed attitude. Open and clear communicator.
With co-ordination skills, business sense in respect of cost, prize, delivery time, profit and customer relationship.
Hands on and not afraid to get dirty.
Able to use in MS Excel, MS word, MS project and ability to maximize the tools at hand.
Traveling is required in conjunction with the task assignments.
