Responsibilities :
? Develop and enhance Maintenance Management System to ensure safe and reliable operations
? Ensure operations integrity via implementation of prudent management program
• Ensure that the maintenance policy is implemented in accordance with the company’s Business Plan and Petronas procedures and guidelines
• Develop and maintain a flexible and effective work culture to achieve the pre-set company’s business goals.
• Develop training and mentoring plans for all maintenance crews.
Requirements
? Degree in Engineering or equivalent
? Minimum of 15 years experience in offshore oil and gas facilities with minimum of 10 years experience with Computerized Management System
? Minimum of 5 years holding the position of Maintenance Manager in an Offshore Oil and Gas Operations
