Responsibilities:
• Perform general clerical office work such as Data Entry, Marketing material preparation, Filling, Documentation and etc..
• Reception duty such as answering incoming phone call.
• Handle Daily Expenses Account, and sales documentation and etc…
• Recording Stocks - Print stock listing, Update stock
• Other Ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Requirements:
• Academic Qualifications : Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) - minimum
• Fresh graduate or candidate whom planning for short term job is also encouraged to apply
• Spoken and Writing in English & Mandarin.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word and Excel is a must), UBS Accounting & Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop will be a plus+
• Good Sense of Responsibility, Commitment to Work and high sense of urgency.
• Independent - able to work under minimal supervision, Trustworthy and dependable
