OPERATION EXECUTIVE
(Selangor-Rawang)
RESPONSIBLITIES:
Reporting directly to Assistant Operation Manager/Operation Manager and is required to assist and manage the operations of factory with overall responsibilities for production, quality, materials and other production related activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
The candidates must possess Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and training.
At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in similar position in any manufacturing environment.
Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
Must be computer literate.
Self-discipline, mature and able to work under minimum supervision and under pressure.
Able to manage and lead all departments to ensure smooth running and production activities with high efficiency.
To ensure operations and standards for Quality, Productivity, Cost Control, Waste Reduction activities are achieved.
Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
