- to plan, coordinate, review and evaluate existing process and control for continuous improvement
- to support sales team
- to support BU controller in management reporting and project costing
- min Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business
- min 3 years experience working in related field
- possess knowledge in accounting standards
- able to lead and manage a team of staff
- willing to travel to see customers
- experience in changing process and procedure is an added advantage
- chinese speaking
