- To perform all required data entry functions.
- To perform monthly closing of the individual subsidiaries accounts.
- To assist in the preparation of monthly accounts, management report and other required reports.
- Assist in maintaining all accounting schedules (account receivable, accounts payable,fixed assets and general ledgers).
- To assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- To perform bank reconciliations and monitor bank balances.
- To manage proper filing system and general administrative support.
- To perform any other job function assigned by superior or Dept Head
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least LCCI qualifications or its equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in accounting
- Ability to prioritize task, work on multiple assignments and strong sense of entries.
- Good communication skills and fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.
Must be computer literate.
