- To provide immediate assistance and support to user regarding application software and solution.
- To handle testing and beta trial for new Office Automation implementation.
- Maintain proper documentation and department administration.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma in IT - Programming with 1 year relevant working experience.
- Knowing major functions and features of common application software and ability to assist user.
- Should be familiar with latest well-known commercial and/or personal used software.
- Knowledge in website content management or internet/email access will be an advantage.
