- To handle incoming customers' enquiries, feedback and complaints
- To ensure all customer enquiries and complaints are processed accurately and
delivered on time
- To handle general paperwork and administrative matters
- Any ad hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements: -
- Possess at least SPM or Diploma holders in any field
- Minimum with 1 year customer service experience
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and pleasant personality
- Excellent telephone etiquette with good customer service skills
- Ability to handle situation issues and maintain the confidence of the customers.
- Able to work independently, proactive, highly motivated and dynamic individual
