- Minimum 5 years ticketing experience familiar with process handling of group booking, liason with airline group desk.
- Possess considerable good communication skills.
- Fluent in spoken & written English.
- Able to build good customer relationships with travelers/ travel planners.
- Able to interact and assist passengers in challenging situation such as flight delays, off loading due to flight overbooked, lost/ delay luggage etc.
- Possess genuine interest to serve people.
