A leading consulting organization is seeking candidates for the above position to be based in KL
Description :
- Leading a lead a team of 3 people on overall operational activities and providing functional leadership
- Provide continuous operational improvements to increase efficiency level of HR team
- resource scheduling of consultants
- recruitment and retention programs for consultants
Requirements :
- MUST be a Malaysian citizen
- MUST have experience in MNCs / consulting organizations
- Relevant degree with at least 5 years of HR experience preferably from MNCs
- Min 2 years experience in team lead / managerial capacity
