- Provide 1st level support for customers within Asia Pacific region in particular Korea
- Ensure assigned tickets are replied to and resolved within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards
- At least 0-2 years of working experience
- More experienced candidates will be considered for Senior / Team Lead positions
- Language allowances for Korean speakers
- Internal trainings will be provided
- Fresh graduates who are proficient in Korean language are encouraged to apply
