2. Handle the following forms of reservations, ensuring they are processed immediately: Telephone, correspondence, fax.
3. Ensure a sales attitude is adopted at all times and maintain an awareness of all sales opportunities within the hotel.
4. Ensure all reservations are processed through the computer system on the very day the reservations are received.
