Care Givers must have the heart and passion for serving and helping the elderly. The job involves bathing, feeding, changing diapers, helping eldery to move and exercise ,cleaning of the nursing home,changing bed sheets,and talking to them.
Hardworking,caring personality,and good temperament are a must.
