Responsibilities:
1. Attend to incoming and outgoing calls, updating and scheduling appointments and meetings
2. Prepare confidential correspondence, travel arrangements, take and transcribe minutes of meetings, reports preparation and presentation.
3. Organise and manage documents, correspondences, records and maintain an organised filing for smooth data retrieval
4. Prepare and analysis of sales report
5. Responsible for sales administration functions such as order processing, coordinating shipment with logistic departments to ensure on-time product deliveries.
6. Assist sales team in cost estimation, bill of quantity and technical specifications for tender submission.
7. All other duties as assigned from time to time by MD
Requirements:
1. Degree in Business Administration / Management or related discipline
2. Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and excellent in Excel
3. Applicants should be a team player with good interpersonal & communications skills.
4. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
5. Mature and pleasant personality
6. 3 years working experience
