Responsibilities:
* Perform monthly server maintenance, e.g. check server log and disk space, clear SQL log, and patching of servers;
* Patch Management - Acquire and test monthly security bulletins for the site;
* To acquire Site report every month;
* SR Management - Test and package software/application;
* Provides monthly case log;
* Ad-hoc reporting request from site;
* Role as second level support to the Focal Engineer;
* Provides training to Focal Engineer;
* Involve in product implementation (SMS, Altiris, Radia);
* Perform Asset cleanup (quarterly);
* Conducts technology workshop;
* Provides Technical Bulletins bi-weekly;
* Improve desktop operation using SD technology.
Requirements:
* Degree/Diploma in IT/ Information System discipline;
* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience;
* Proficient in Lotus Notes R6 is essential;
* Experience in supporting Windows OS, Anti-virus software;
* Knowledge in IT infrastructure such as Network, VPN, Server etc;
* Able to start work soon is an advantage;
* Applicable to Singaporeans and SPR only.
