SPA MANAGER
• Lead a team to manage the day-today operational matters of Spa & Beauty
• Responsible for sales & profitability of Spa business
• Eager to build a career within the spa industry
• Identify training needs, develop, implement & conduct training programs to ensure all the staff are well equipped with the skills to meet sales & marketing objectives & upgrade productivity standards.
• Analyzing, existing business opportunities, identify new business opportunities & developing project & strategic plans consistent with the business objectives.
• Ensure good customer service management with the relevant authorities, agencies & business contacts to facilitate marketing & sales efforts enhancement.
• Coordinate sales & services in accordance with policies, principles and procedures established.
Requirement
• Sharp business acumen and demonstrate track record in managing & expanding business.
• Recognized degree & relevant Spa & Beauty professional/diploma
• Minimum 3 years experience in the Beauty & Spa Industry
• Possess excellent communication, persuasive & interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English & other languages will be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel as and when required.
• Articulate, independent, mature, self-motivated, highly resourceful individual with ability to work under pressure and long hours
• Be able to independently own & drive the resolution of any issue arising & be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
