Must be a recognized Bachelor's Degree holder in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management etc.
Post Graduate Diploma, MBA or Master Degree holder is preferred.
Total of 10 years functional experience in HR work.
Perform training and development needs analysis basis for formulating training programs.
