To establish and roll out engineering related New Product Innovation processes.
To manage technical resource centre personnel to NPI activities such as tool and jig design/ selection, program review, product testing (test cuts) and First Article preparations (FA).
To review engineering solutions for compliance with engineering principles, ISO and AS/EN standards,customer specifications, contract requirements, government regulations and related specifications.
To establish technical training programmes for machinist with the goal of improving the technical proficiency of the workforce.
Hands- on competency in CNC machining is a must.
Hands on experience in ISO 9001 and process improvement preferred.
