Customer Relationship Executives are expected to handle customer’s inbound enquiries with the opportunity of cross- selling while delivering best services and solutions to customers at all the times.

Requirements:


Fresh graduate or Diploma holders with 1 year customer service or sales experiences.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
A positive mindset with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Confident, patient, courteous and results-oriented.
Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently under minimum supervision.
Proficiency in English is required.
