Requirements:
1. Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying studies
2. At least 1 year working experience
3. Able to travel to China
4. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Must be able to work in heavy industry
6. Fresh graduate with right working attitude will be consider
7. Able to read detail drawing, familiar with market rate and construction trade, contract documents, claiming procedure, etc.

Job Scopes:
1. Taking off quantity from consultant drawing, formalize table, term & condition, pricing and budgeting
2. Liaise with consultant and contractor, settle or change of construction method or material, update changes and etc.
