Requirements:
1. Certificate in any discipline, preferably IT. Candidate with SPM qualification and relevant experience in customer service will be consider.
2. Good customer handling skills
3. PC literate in MS Office
4. Fluent in English and BM
5. Possess own transport, willing to travel within Klang Valley
Job Scopes:
1. Provide end user/customer with proper knowledge/ training on the operation of company's products
2. Provide phone support
3. Feedback and keep service manager informed of problems on customer machines
4. Assist in preparing timely and accurate activity and anlysis reports to management |
