(A) Basic Requirements
• Bachelor Computer Science/ Engineering
• Good analytic and listening skills
• Must have good spoken and written skills in English & Chinese
• Ability to work under pressure and perform multitasking
• Must be positive thinking, independent and good working attitude
• Must be a good team player
(B) Overall Skill Requirements
• At least 3 years Oracle Applications support/implementation experience
• At least 2 years in the core modules specified below (ERP - minimum 11.5.8 & 11.5.9 version, with 11.5.10 is an advantage)
• Functional lead role with good business (high tech) and Oracle product knowledge
• Technical skills (PL/SQL, Developer 6i/2000, TOAD/SQL Plus), sufficient to do technical design, program troubleshooting and customizations (form design, interfaces, report design)
• Familiar with Oracle AIMS methodology and documentation standards
• Ability to perform such activities with little guidance:
o Conduct business requirements gathering and feasibility study
o Perform gap analysis (proposed workarounds or custom solution)
o Conduct conference room pilot (CRP) workshops
o Perform application system configuration / setup
o Conduct user training (inclusive of materials preparation)
o Develop functional and technical specifications for customizations identified
o Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)
o Post product go-live support
• Preferable those who have also worked in regional end user support environment
• Preferable to be conversant in Microsoft office products - at least intermediate level (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Viso, Access)
(C) Oracle Skill Requirements
• Core skills:
o General Ledger
o Accounts Receivable
o Accounts Payable
o Fixed Assets
o Project Accounting
o Familiar with multi-currency and multi-org environment
• Non-Core skills (should know interfaces/integration and accounting impact):
o Order Management
o Purchasing
o Basic Accounting Principles
