Key Requirements:
•Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
•With 3-4 years relevant working experience in services-based account management roles.
•Demonstrated role model production expertise preferably in operating document imaging solutions
•Ability to operate at prime customer contact levels.
•Customer Service focused and proven track record in the delivery of high quality customer service.
•Excellence communication skills and good commercial awareness.
•Proven experience in supplier management.
•Willing to travel and possess own transport.
•Possess leadership quality.
Key Responsibilities:
•The primary customer contact and accountable for customer satisfaction
•Development, implementation and delivery of contracted services at customer sites and other locations where the services are performed.
•Full operational responsibility for assigned accounts to include labour utilization, materials management, equipment, assets and inventories, and equipment service to achieve gross margin targets.
•Monitor processes to establish quality standards and ensure that all core operational processes are being adhered to and utilized
•Coach and counsel team members on all operational processes.
•Accountable for the recruiting, education, development and retention of team members.
•Manage the resource requirements to achieve the agreed production targets ensuring adequate contingency plans are in place.
•Develop a regular account review communications strategy in conjunction with sales and operations staffs.
