Requirement:
• Degree or Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in genaral administration/ general affair such as drainage, sewerage maintenance works, pest control, canteen catering services & waste management.
• Able to liase with local authority & lawyer about land matters.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
