Key Responsibilities
• Ensure up to date scanning and filing of documents
• Safe custody of all agreements/contracts/documents at hand
• Update and submit timely information
• Stamping of agreements, update receipt and set up installment sales order
Key Requirements
• Minimum Certificate holder in any disciplines, Accounting will be an added advantage
• PC literate, especially in Ms Office
• Good communication skill. Ability to converse in Mandarin is at added advantage
• Able to work independently and as a team player
• Flexible to work long hours if required
• Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure
