REQUIREMENTS
• University Degree - Engineering (Civil or Mechanical) and Business Administration background. Non degree holders with good technical background with strong credentials will also be considered.
• 3 - 4 years of working experience in the Automotive or Industrial field
• Should have a good knowledge of area in term of roads, distances and area of business
• Matured, energetic candidates who reflects professionalism with strong sense of dedication to his work
• Good in presentation, negotiating skills, with analytical mind
• Good command of English (written and spoken) and Chinese language
• Self-starter and able to work both independently as well as a good team player.
• Due to nature of the work, preference is for male candidate
The main responsibilities include:
• Provide market knowledge, analysis and forecasts for your territory
• To develop sales and new accounts in your territory - dealer & truck end user
• Provide account servicing to existing customers, implementing commercial sales policies, and developing the correct sales methodology
• Roll out the end-user approach and training to customers, and provide the necessary inspections and technical recommendations
• To implement the promotional operations in your territory
• Promote the tires and contribute to the choice of the Company's tires.
• Make fleet and tire inspections.
• Coordinate with other Product Lines for customer requests concerning non TB tires.
• Settle claims and make technical reports.
• Develop monthly activity reports for the Sales Manager and Segment Manager.
