Responsibilities:
* Assists in project implementations by taking part in hardware/software deployment
* Assists Systems Engineers in addressing all calls for support in accordance with the agreed SLA targets
* Regularly perform Daily Checklist on a per shift basis
* Regularly perform system backup - daily, weekly and monthly
* Flexibility to work on various shifts(cyber)
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Certification in MCSE, MCTS, MCITP, MCDBA, or MCA. Any other Microsoft certification will be considered.
* Knowledge in PC hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
* Proficiency in Computer Operating Systems and Office productivity software (MS Windows 2000/XP, MS Office)
* Must be able to speak English fluently
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya or KLCC area.
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Candidates with MCSA/MCSE or CCNA certification preferred.
