Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day network and workstations operations to ensure all problems are resolved in a timely manner.
* Provide technical support and world class customer service to all business units.
* Network and system resource management. To ensure that there is adequate IT and network resources to support the applications that requires to support the users.
* Make sure that all IT and Telecommunication systems are implemented according to the Group standard.
* Manage a Team of IT staff in implementing the IT and Telecommunication System Operations and Project management objectives.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English.
* At least 4 years in supporting MS NT, Windows 2000 and Windows 2003
* Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.
* Pick up from specific pick up points in the klang valley provided
* Ability to maintain cordial relationship with users and vendors
* Experience in project management, particularly in planning, organizing, prioritization and scheduling
* Effective problem solving capability
* Good knowledge in Server infrastructure and Data-centre setup.
* Ability to work effectively with any level of management. Flexibility to work in shifts or travel, if required
* 2 Full-Time positions available.
