Responsibilities:
* Answer and handle customer inquiries and grievances
* To manage enquiries and resolve customer complaints over the phone.
* Managing and handling customer inquiries, complaints & resolve within a specified time frame.
* Following up with clients via biz letters, reports etc.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a diploma/degree in any accounting/maths/Business/Economics banking related field of studies.
* Required language(s): English.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Masjid Jamek - KL.
* Excellent telephone manners and communication skills.
* Experience in banking is an added advantage
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
