Responsibilities:
* Answer and handle customer inquiries and grievances
* To manage enquiries and resolve customer complaints over the phone.
* Managing and handling customer inquiries, complaints & resolve within a specified time frame.
* Following up with clients via biz letters, reports etc.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field.
* Required language(s): Mandarin/Cantonese and English.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.
* Transport provided from strategic locations(Klang Valley & other locations)
* Flexible working hours
* Excellent telephone manners and communication skills.
* Experience in call centre industry or banking is an added advantage
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
