The main functions of the Human Resources Assistant are:
• Setting up and maintaining new employee records for expatriates and updating master schedule.
• Control of leave rotas for Intels Management Resources Ltd.
• Maintenance of companies Medical Insurance, Life Assurance and Personal Accident schemes, in particular notification of new entrants.
• Arranging medical evacuation for expatriate employees as and when needed.
• Dealing with queries regarding medical claims of expatriate employees and following the process of the claim with the medical insurance company.
• Liaising with Government & Public Affairs Department with regards to administrative requirements of expatriate employees.
• Filing of personnel correspondence.
• Preparing the Employment Pack to new employees including contracts of employment.
• Supplying up-to-date reports on employees when required, including National / Expatriate Labour Returns and analysis.
• Preparation and payment of expatriate employees’ salaries and dealing with queries on employees’ salary payments.
• Maintain Attendance Returns / Timesheets for Management at the end of each month.
• Preparation and distribution of correspondence to employees.
