1. Extensive experience with mobile, lattice and hydraulic boom cranes ranging from 25t to 450t, load indicators and hydraulic systems is essential.
2. Training certificates from crane manufactures like Manitowoc, Grove, Terex etc is desirable.
3. Strong management, motivational and training skills for both expatriate and local workers
4. Minimum 10 years experience is desirable.
5. Attitude to perform up to Company strategy and requirement.
6. Ability to work on time bound reporting and analysis.
7. Able to establish independently the control implementation and reporting system for preventive maintenance scheduling.
8. Basis working knowledge of computers is essential.
9. Candidates must be English speaking and used to working in difficult environments.
10. Candidates should have capability to work and interact with colleagues of different nationalities and extractions and as well to work under stress and to deliver on time.
11. Candidates must be physically fit.
