Our subsidiary company PRODECO International Limited was initially established as in-house construction organization, but is serving today as large operating company within the Oil & Gas Free Zone in Nigeria. PRODECO is involved in all types of civil, building, port infrastructural and maintenance works extending our service portfolio to the Oil and Gas industry.
WORKS
Management of projects related to:
• Residential complexes
• Industrial structures: warehouses, workshops, offices
• Marine works (i.e. jetty facilities, rehabilitation of jetties), port development, infrastructure facilities
FUNCTION
Inspect, analyze, design, plan, and research structural components and structural systems
Development of technical solutions following clients’ requirement
Preparing conceptual designs and shop drawings
Preparation of various types of proposal drawings
Preparation of layout of housing estates, commercial and industrial complexes
Preparation of design and working drawings
Preparation of procurement quantities and bills of materials
Attend to pre-tender and construction meetings
Development and implementation of internal standards and construction methods
Supervising engineers, architects and CAD operators
Guiding and training of junior architects and draughtsmen in technical office
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES
Appropriate qualifications for the position, academic and professional
Must have good communication skills (written and oral English)
Working knowledge with common software tools
Knowledge of AutoCAD and Staadpro software
Ability to work with co-professional from different nationalities
