Responsibilities:
You are one of the most important customer contact points.
You will perform online role which includes taking calls from customers, handling or resolving enquiries through strong product knowledge and accessing information through wide range of systems applications
You will also provide effective solutions to customers' issues, including information and advice on product and procedures
Your offline role will include conducting investigations and taking ownership to resolve them; as well as providing customers with a complete, timely and effective response or solution
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field. Candidate with banking and finance qualification will be an added advantage
Besides excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you need to have strong ability in learning new products and system applications
Maturity and a good service orientation plus the ability to work under pressure is a must
Meticulous and analytical, you should also possess lots of initiative, drive and pride in getting the job right the first time
Ability to work shift hours, on weekends and public holidays is essential
Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
