• Minimum of 6 months proven track record in call-centre or telesales, preferably in the financial services or related industry
• Minimum SPM, Diploma holder, preferably in IT, Finance, Insurance and Marketing
• Aggressive and dynamic personality with good oral and written communication skills in English and one of these languages would be a good advantage:- Japanese, Korean, Hindi or Vietnamese
• Self-motivated, highly resourceful and result oriented
• PC literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Words and Excel & Internet
