A public listed IT solutions company located in Puchong is urgently seeking for Application Support Engineer.

Responsibilities:
1. Will be responsible to provide post implementation support and assistance to clients that has implemented our solutions.
2. To analyze the case reported and provide resolution to the customer.
3. Will be responsible to provide in follow up and escalation of cases from customers based on the stipulated SOP provided.
4. To provide implementation of incident, patches, security management to customer after receiving from patches from Technical Team.
5. Develop and document administration & support procedures & policies.
