Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support and administration for Computer Hardware (PC, Servers and printers), Systems (Windows and Linux OS, web servers, email systems and databases) and Networking (TCP/IP, firewall, routers)
2. Maintain call and support logging and tracking
3. Provide excellent follow-up and result oriented and to resolve issues to the customer's complete satisfaction
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess minimum Advance Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
2. Minimum 1 years of working experience
3. Candidate must have sufficient working knowledge of PC/Server Hardware, Windows and Linux System Administration, MS SQL, MySQL, E-mail Systems, Firewalls, VPN and Routers
4. Candidate must be willing to work long hour and rotating shifts
5. Must be hardworking, flexible and willing to perform tasks on ad hoc basis.
6. Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse range of people with varying levels of technical understanding
