Position with a multinational manufacturing company, with Corporate Office located in Mid Valley.
Responsibilities:
1. Create, load and validate data structure based on documents received to allow customer specification and manufacturing of products
2. Ensure the database and written presentations are consistent and support the complete order fulfillment process for Sourced Finished Goods
3. Analyze and resolve reported user problems to determine possible database, systems, procedural or specification guide representation solutions
4. Perform database and specification guide maintenance
5. Updating and maintaining details of SPQ in the data warehouse
6. Manage day-to-day customer quote - Create Material Master and maintain prices in SAP, and day-to-day special order
7. Create B.O.M & Routing in SAP
8. Actively liaise closely with Factories and Order Fulfillment dept for appropriate solutions on database issue
Requirements:
1. Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any related field
2. Preferred those with 2 years working experience in manufacturing environment or equivalent
3. Strong ability to analyze, conceptualizes, and logically organizes database information with high degree of precision and accuracy
4. Required skills : Hands-on/User experiance - SAP-MM/SAP -SD/SAP-PP
5. Proficient in MS-Excel and MS-Access
