Position with a multinational manufacturing company, with Corporate Office located in Mid Valley.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and lead a team of functional Finance Associates in daily finance operations.
2. Ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly and captured promptly into the accounting system.
3. Responsible for monitoring and ensuring daily functional tasks are carried in accordance with standard guidelines as well as track and report key performance indicators.
4. Assist Managers to compile reports and performance reviews.
5. Develop, monitor, coach and supervise subordinates’ performance.
6. Promote and create cohesiveness and cooperation in the work unit.
7. Prepare measurement reports.
Requirements:
1. A Degree in Accounting or recognized professional Accounting qualifications e.g. CPA/ACCA/LCCI/CIMA.
2. At least 3 years of working experience in related field.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong leadership, good people management and problem solving skills
5. Recommends process improvements and leads or participates on projects both interdepartmental and cross - functional to improve processes.
6. Strong personal conviction for work excellence.
7. Tolerance of stress and able to work independently and effectively.
