Responsibilities:
1.To familiarize with the company’s products and services
2.To assist in elicitation of systems requirement study and analyst
3.To participate in systems design
4.To involve in software implementation including training and system walkthrough
5.To conduct testing on deliveries
6.To provide post-implementation system supports
7.To evaluate system and enhancements, including trouble-shooting
8.To prepare systems and user documentations
9.To conduct system reviews, quality reviews and quality tests
10.To execute quality assurance activities throughout the development life cycle
11.To establish good business relationship with customer
12.To record, collate and report feedback from clients or suppliers
13.To record, report and troubleshoot, if possible, all software errors discovered
14.To carry out any other projects or duties as delegated by the
Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
2.Must have good command in English, both spoken and written, good communication and interpersonal skills.
3.Have a working experience in IT & Software Industry is an advantage.
4.He/she must also be a very patient person as the job would involve customer service.
5.Knowledge in LAN, DOS, Windows, Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows XP based system environment.
6.Have a technical knowledge on either Oracle 8i/9i/10g or MS SQL 2000/2005 databases.
7.Good knowledge in networking (TCP/IP), email and Internet technologies would be added advantage.
8.Familiarity with Sybase products (Power Builder and EA Sever) would be added advantage.
9.Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
