Responsibilities
1. Provide HR operations support
2. Partner with business leaders to gain an understanding of key business strategies and critical HR.
3. Responsible for successful and induction and HR orientation activities for employees
4. Administer various HR plans and procedures, compensation programs, performance management programs
5. Analyze and improve processes to ensure consistent practices across South East Asia and maximum efficiency and customer service to internal customers
6. Act as a resource for employees/managers to identify and resolve issues/conflicts
7. Maintain company’s culture and handle all employee related issues and benefits questions for employees based in the office and also at the client sites
8. Assistance to the Senior Recruiter as and when required
9. Responsible for Learning and Development
10.Participate in labor market surveys
11.Responsible for welfare activities
12.Ensure compliance with corporate policy guidelines and governmental regulations.
13.Participate in any ad-hoc HR projects as assigned by the manager
14.Provides administrative support to the manager
Qualifications
1. Minimum 5 years of HR experience
2. Strong knowledge and experience in Learning and Development
3. Knowledge of local Labor and Employment Law and practices
4. Will be able to travel out to the customer sites as required
5. Strong prioritization skills and ability to multi-task to support various initiatives at the same
6. Is able to balance day-to-day work and strategic issues, good coordination skills, attention to details, dynamic, results driven
7. Proactive, self-driven and pragmatic
8. Absolutely reliable; high degree of ownership and commitment
9. Strong analytical skills and ability to learn quickly
10.Role model character; excellent interpersonal skills
11.Having worked in an IT/technical context is a plus, and a genuine interest in technology is essential
12.Excellent Microsoft office skills such as Words, Excel, Powerpoint.
13.Preferred knowledge of HRIS software packages such as SAP |
