Position with a market leader company for Human Resource (HR) solution and HR outsourcing services.
Responsibilities :
1.To familiarize with the company’s products and services
2.To deploy and test software applications in the office and/or clients premises
3.To provide software training/support at office and/or clients premises
4.To provide on-line support to clients via telephone or electronic media
5.To establish good business relationship with customer
6.To procure software for operational and business purposes
7.To record, collate and report feedback from clients or suppliers
8.To troubleshoot, simulate, log, track and support all software issues discovered
9.To prepare and process all training & support documentations
10.To assist in designing and implementing procedures on customers support programs
11.To conduct system reviews, quality reviews and quality tests
12.To collect payment when required
13.To keep the management abreast of the progress
14.To ensure and maintain confidentiality of all information transpire for all companies (internal & external)
15.To carry out any other projects or duties as delegated by the Management
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
2.Must good command in English, both spoken and written, good communication and interpersonal skills.
3.Have a working experience IT & Software Industry is an advantage.
4.He/she must also be a very patient person as the job would involve customer service.
5.Knowledge in LAN, DOS, Windows, Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows XP based system environment.
6.Have strong technical knowledge on either Oracle 8i/9i/10g or MS SQL 2000/2005 databases.
7.Possessing own transportation and must be willing to travel.
8.Familiarity with Sybase products (Power Builder 10.5 and EA Sever 5.2) would be added advantage.
9.Good knowledge in networking (TCP/IP), email and Internet technologies would be added advantage.
10.Understanding on workflow and HR management system would be added advantage.
