Performance Analyst (I134)
 

Position with the multinational manufacturing company.

Responsibilities:
1. Accountable for assisting in the communication and documentation of reporting requests from Lines of Business.
2. Identify trends and recommending business solutions using established policies, procedures and guidelines
3. Collaborate with local leadership and functional managers to develop, validate, collect and document new metrics
4. Track key metrics of activity, productivity & efficiency. Reassess existing metrics annually or as needed.
5. Assist in aggregating and interpreting working data. High level root cause analysis.
6. Re-configuration of existing reports by identify flaws in reports and report enhancements
7. Collecting data to support changes to existing policies and procedures as needed
8. Provide, under general supervision, research, audit and analysis of moderately complex to advanced level of data Develop User Acceptance Test (UAT) 9. conditions with expected results
10. Compile data for the annual report and other reports and metrics on weekly or monthly basis or as needed


Requirements:
1. Degree in Computer Science/Business Computing or equivalent
2. Relevant experience in collecting and presenting data, including writing simple formulas and making graphs in Microsoft Excel or similar programs
3. Experience in creating presentations and reports with Microsoft Office, including Excel (pivot table), PowerPoint and Word
4. Demonstrated success in project management, advanced analytical skills in metrics and reports to meet business needs
5. Demonstrated ability to communicate tactfully and effectively with a diverse group of functional team, staff and other people engaged in or supporting research
6. Excellent email and reporting skills, professional demeanor
7. Must be detail oriented. Be a self-starter who is able to work both collaboratively and highly independently. Exceptional organizational, planning, time management and stress-management skills will be critical to success
8. Creativity, initiative and resourcefulness are all essential
