Position with a leading healthcare and research-based pharmaceutical company. Headquartered in the UK and with operations based in the US, they are one of the industry leaders in the world's pharmaceutical market.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for providing day-to-day accounting support to the Finance Manager.
Responsibilities:
1. To perform Accounts Payable, Receivable and fixed assets transaction on a timely manner
2. To prepare monthly accounts reconciliations and financial reporting
3. To monitor, control and follow up on finance matter
4. To review and drive improvement in financial processes
5. To ensure compliance of SOP procedures, policies and corporate ethics
6. To carry out any ad-hoc projects and reporting whenever assigned by the Finance Manager
Requirements:
1. Professional Certificate or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
2. Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
3. Knowledge of JDE is an added advantage
4. Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel
5. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Possess positive attitude, pleasant personality and able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
