The company is an e-commerce service provider that operates Malaysia's first, largest and most established e-transaction exchange which serves over 3,000 customers, mainly from the Government, trade and logistics sectors.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for communication related infrastructure, services, equipments, agreements and vendors/partners to ensure the operation and management of the said infrastructure is efficient, effective and meets the required KPIs.
2. Formulate and manage the service level agreement for all communication-related contracts and/or agreements.
3. Provide consultation services to Business Driven Projects & Initiatives with regard to the Communication Infrastructure. This includes ensuring communications network-related issues and standards are addressed and complied with.
4. Manage all communication related issues in a timely manner and submit management report with its resolution.
5. Reviewing and recommending for management approval of any change to the Communication Infrastructure.
6. Perform risk assessment on the communication infrastructure and address any risk identified in a timely manner based on the severity of the risk.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2. Knowledge and experience in networking, handling computer hardware, network equipment, software and vendor management skill.
3. Must have knowledge and experience in IP-VPN project.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills, team player, proactive and committed.
5. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
6. Minimum 1-3 year(s) working experience with computer networking or equivalent
7. Report To Manager, Infrastructure & Security
8. Malaysian or hold residence status
