The company is an e-commerce service provider that operates Malaysia's first, largest and most established e-transaction exchange which serves over 3,000 customers, mainly from the Government, trade and logistics sectors.
Responsibilities:
1. Gather requirements from business/technical personnel through interviews and facilitated group session.
2. Document customer (internal/external) requirements, i.e. writing and/or editing ICT technical manuals, business processes, company policy, standards, user manual and training materials within the timeframe required.
3. Review and revise documentation as directed.
4. Follow a project schedule assigned by the responsible Project Manager.
5. Foster a strong relationship and communication level with assigned project teams/staff.
6. Perform document control function and business process reviews as and when required.
7. Coordinate unit activities such as production of documents and maintaining files.
8. May be required to perform system testing, functional testing and system integration testing.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Business Management or equivalent.

- Oral communication skills
3. Meticulous, able to work independently with minimal supervision and yet is a team player, able to work under pressure, assertive and yet tactful, highly self-motivated, resourceful, result-oriented, able to multitask, initiative
4. Having knowledge of customs import/export procedures, trade facilitation and OFX (online fulfillment exchange) is an added advantage.
5. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
6. Minimum 1-2 years experience in technical writing. Working experience in an IT company would be an added advantage.
